About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with minimum NV1 security clearance to be responsible role in defining, documenting, and executing small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives. You will work alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. helping clients improve their security defenses.

This role is based on-site in Adelaide and can be taken as a Contract or Permanent opportunity.

About you

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects to achieve business objectives.
• Work alone or with a small team, actively participating in all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Apply appropriate project management methods and tools to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks effectively to minimize project disruptions.
• Prepare realistic project plans, including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans.
• Track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
• Monitor costs, times, quality, and resources used, taking action where necessary to stay within agreed tolerances.

Requirements:

• Minimum NV1 clearance, ideally NV2 or PV
• A background in Defence or Federal Government is highly desirable
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
