Job Description - Reception/Administration Officer

We are on the search for 'one of our own'. The MP Recruitment team are currently seeking an experienced Reception/Administration Officer to join their team, in a full time capacity. The role involves being the first point of contact in the business, answering phones and email enquiries and liaising with clients and staff. The successful applicant will need to provide a professional reception service that contributes to the operational goals of MP Training and Recruitment and deliver quality administrative support.
To be considered for this position, candidates will need to have:

  • A professional approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word

  • Strong numerical and data entry skills

  • A desire to succeed
