Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Assist couriers and visitors with all enquiries.
Coordinate office supplies and kitchen stocking (tea, coffee, milk, cleaning materials).
Manage security/access passes for staff and carpark access.
Coordinate with contractors and building management for maintenance and updates.
Create purchase orders using SAP.
Schedule meetings and perform administrative tasks using MS Office.
What you will bring:Demonstrated friendly and professional demeanor.
High level of written and verbal communication.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in MS Teams and MS Office Suite; experience with SAP is advantageous.
Minimum 2+ years in a similar role, reception experience is essential.
