Job Description:
Cochlear Limited, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Administrative Assistant in our offices in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online databases and spreadsheets. 2. Prepare and distribute online correspondence, reports, and presentations. 3. Assist in organizing and coordinating online meetings, webinars, and events. 4. Monitor and respond to online inquiries from customers and partners. 5. Collaborate with other team members on online projects and initiatives. 6. Support the online marketing team with data entry and content management. 7. Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot online technical issues. 8. Conduct online research and gather data as needed. 9. Provide general administrative support to the online team as required.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with project management and online marketing is a plus. 7. Knowledge of online customer service best practices. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. 9. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 10. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
