Job Description: As an Online Office Manager at iHeartMedia, located in Perth, Western Australia, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our online office. This is a full-time Associate Level position that requires at least 4 years of experience in office management.
Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing the online office's administrative functions, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating virtual meetings. 2. Ensuring smooth communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders through various online platforms. 3. Managing online office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and coordinating with vendors for purchases. 4. Providing support for virtual events, webinars, and online training sessions. 5. Assisting in employee onboarding, training, and development in the online environment. 6. Maintaining confidentiality and data security protocols for online office operations. 7. Handling online office budgets, expenses, and financial records. 8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless online office operations and workflows. 9. Implementing innovative solutions to improve online office efficiency and productivity. 10. Upholding a positive work culture and injecting a sense of joy and vibrancy into the virtual work environment.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to navigate the challenges of managing an online office. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to connect with team members and understand their needs in a virtual setting. 3. Demonstrated innovation in implementing new technologies and practices for online office management. 4. Proven experience in office management or similar roles for at least 4 years. 5. Excellent communication skills in virtual settings, including proficiency in online collaboration tools. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced online work environment. 7. Knowledge of virtual event management, online training platforms, and digital communication tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
