Job Description:
Nationwide is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all online operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to streamline online operations and improve overall performance - Manage a team of online operations specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of online operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects that enhance the online customer experience - Conduct regular reviews and analysis of processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online operations management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Resilient and driven personality traits, with a passion for achieving goals and objectives - Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities - Superior attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
