Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

New York Life Insurance is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and resilient, with strong people management and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide operational support to remote teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations - Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and procedures - Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth - Help manage and train new team members to ensure high productivity and efficiency - Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any issues or concerns - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to drive business objectives - Maintain accurate records and reports for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
