Job Description - Operations Manager

The Operations Manager at Bank of America Corp. in Adelaide, South Australia, AU will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in the banking industry and a track record of success in operations management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 3. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. 4. Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6.
