Operations Manager

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring all processes run smoothly to meet company objectives. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials - Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions as needed - Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals - Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operations - Oversee budgeting and financial management for operational activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in planning and persuasion soft skills - Knowledge of industry best practices and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
