Job Description - Personal Assistant - Work from home


Job Description:


Oshkosh is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key support role to the executive team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and handling communication on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic with a high level of reliability.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations 3. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations 4. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized 5. Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters 6. Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items 7. Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes when necessary 8. Conduct research and compile data as needed 9. Prepare expense reports and track budget expenditures 10. Perform other administrative tasks to support the executive team


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2. Minimum of 4 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role 3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Hardworking attitude and dedication to meeting deadlines 8. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 10. Reliable internet connection and home office setup
