About the Position

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. With duties including but not limited to:

• Data entry.

• Processing purchase orders.

• Preparing end of month sales reports for management.

• Maintaining database and systems as required.

• Ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• Completed year 12 or equivalent.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Be proactive with a willingness to learn.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude.
