Job Description - Sales Administrator

Triskele Labs is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales operations, enhancing team efficiency, and driving our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Note: This is an in-office role at our Melbourne Head Office with the potential for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Attend sales meetings and calls to take detailed notes and track action items. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating the calendars of sales personnel.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to draft and refine proposals. Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and align with client requirements and company standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, managing sales documents, and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate sales reporting and tracking.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a point of contact for the sales team for administrative and operational issues. Support the team in preparing for presentations and pitches.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients as needed, providing information and resolving issues promptly to maintain excellent client relations.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and analytics to help track sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
