Job Description - Service Coordinator

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • The service coordinator,
  • Drive a culture that exhibits high levels of customer service and safety.
  • Create, manage and monitor efficient staff rosters to ensure completion of all work requirements in line with contract SLA’s and operating standards
  • Manage system administration of CRM system
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff,
  • Monitor staff and business operating KPIs
  • Procure and manage cleaning products and supplies as necessary.
  • Monitor and oversee the van service schedule.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and condition of Outlook vans across the fleet to uphold presentation, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Schedule regular, on call and priority work orders as required
  • Assist with new account establishment, communication and customer service
  • Coordinate customer billing and reporting requirements
  • Assist in the identification and follow up, including phone and email enquiries, of new customer leads
  • Support the growth of the business unit through business relationship building, marketing and other relevant strategies.
  • Oversee the setup, delivery, and compliance requirements of new customer sites and services
  • Priorities', monitor and respond to all work orders received daily within contractual SLAs

  • Demonstrated experience in the management and scheduling of field service teams
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and community groups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to source, analyse, manage and report within timeframes, and as required.
