  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, developmental, or physical needs through appropriate assessments and observations.

Event Coordination and Program Management:

  • Plan and facilitate events, workshops, and programs tailored to support the NDIS participants and the broader community.
  • Partner with external stakeholders, vendors, and community organisations to ensure the seamless execution and effectiveness of events and programs.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of all business functions, programs, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategies for business growth and continuous improvement.

Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their support networks to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Quality Assurance, Reporting and Documentation:

  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance with NDIS regulations.
  • Oversee the monitoring of program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, program outcomes, and client feedback for presentation to the Director.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all team activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certification or licensure in your field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunities for professional development.
