This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil ENGINEER to join a rapidly growing organisation who is an established well run busienss specialising in civil construction to the public and private sectors across western sydney! The growth of the business is exponential with lots of exciting projects coming up.

About the role

If you are looking for job security with a successful and growing Australian company, then this is the role for you! Reporting directly to the owner of the business, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills. You must have decades of strong Civil Construction experience as an Engineer with Australian experience and permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions and undertake hands on management of projects through all phases of delivery
• Solving complex problems for clients through engineering solutions
• Civil engineering design of land development projects
• Working on engineering investigation tasks and project management including onsite meetings, field work and site inspections.
• Liaisng with clients

Skills & experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
  
  
  • Post-graduate experience of 5-10 years working as a Civil Engineer is preferable.
  • Relevant techonogy and software experience.
• Exceptional communication and business acumen
• Australian residency or Citizen with australian experience in civil construction
