The Role:

ART is focused on leveraging our success to grow our client base nationwide. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional, to be a key part of achieving our growth objectives.

You will play a key role, contributing to the success of our projects by:

• Assessing project requirements;
• Analysing and updating costs;
• Providing accurate and detailed estimates, including variations;
• Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate cost estimation; and
• Negotiating with clients on quotes.

You are an individual that enjoys partnering with others to develop a strategy, estimation & managing project risks.

Must have:

To succeed in this role, it is essential for you to have:

• The ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience Estimating in construction projects.
• Proactive problem solver but also able to ask for help if required.
• Ambition to commit long term to the business and assist in long-term growth.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or a related field or a Trade Qualification
