Max Access are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager tojoin our team and oversee various construction projects from inception tocompletion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in constructionmanagement, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record ofdelivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: 1.Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the construction project from startto finish. 2.Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with theproject team. 3.Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, andvendors to ensure project requirements are met. 4.Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensureefficient and cost-effective project delivery. 5.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetycompliance. 6.Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during construction. 7.Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with building codes,regulations, and safety standards. 8.Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders. 9.Lead project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, andmitigation strategies. 10.Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project teammembers. Requirements 1.Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the construction industry. 2.Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Construction management, engineering , architecture orat least five years of relevant experience. 3. IRATA Rope access level 3 4. Rope Access background/experience. 3.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. 4.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5.Proficiency in project management software and tools. 6.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. 7.Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 8.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. 9.OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations. 10.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
