Project Manager required to lead a fully resourced project team delivering a $60M new Education build in North Sydney. $240K - $270K total pack. Your Role This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Tier 2 builder, delivering a fully resourced $60M Education New build based near Turramurra. Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead the Project Team to ensure the project is delivered on-time and within budget. This role will see you undertaking the following responsibilities: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring budget and quality standards. Develop project plans, monitor progress, adjust to meet objectives. Coordinate teams for seamless execution and on-time project delivery. Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and minimize project disruptions. Oversee procurement, manage subcontractor contracts, and support timelines. Facilitate communication, update clients and stakeholders on project progress. Is this you? You will have a proven track record as a Project Manager, taking the lead and delivering projects valued $20M - $70M. You will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a natural ability to manage and motivate a fully resourced, diverse project team. You will have experience delivering projects across the Education, Healthcare, Government and Defence sectors, and be in your element delivering a $60M Education new build project. ABOUT YOU : 8+ years project management experience with proven experience as the lead Project Manager. Demonstrable background delivering projects valued $20M+ as the Lead Project Manager. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field will be highly regarded.
