About the Company:

Our client is a well-respected tier 2 commercial construction group with over 50 years of proven experience within the WA market. A privately owned business with an excellent track record for delivering award winning projects from $5-$60M. Their expertise spans across commercial, industrial, aged care, health, education, and retail.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Design Manager in commercial building. Local experience is preferred.
• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience working directly for a main contractor/commercial builder on design & construct projects.
• This role will also be responsible for business development and front-end work winning.
• Seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation in design management and exceptional relationship management skills.
• The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients, and a genuine passion for business development.
