Job Description



As Facilities Manager you are responsible for setting and implementing FM strategies for the market to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the H&M Group goals and Country Facilities Management focuses.

As Facilities Manager you;

  • Contribute to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe properties for customers and colleagues
  • Manage multi-trade and non-multi trade partnerships to contract
  • Maintain all assets in store and in offices accordingly
  • Secures the expected lifetime of the properties
  • Contribute to the sustainability goals
  • You work in accordance with compliance standards and H&M Group guidelines, policies and procedures to meet the expectation of customers and colleagues for all brands.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role

  • Managing a National Multi-Trade Contract across both Australia & New Zealand covering all Facilities disciplines
  • To deliver an aligned FM Service Scope by ensuring that the FM function has clear and harmonised requirements, which allow for effective budgets and activity plans.
  • Deliver on results by optimising the procurement of FM Services, ensuring contractual compliance of Service Providers and Landlords. Furthermore by ensuring we have operational and efficient stores from day of opening.
  • Work actively with cost follow up, secure the quality of the stores and identify well performing stores by capturing best practices and sharing with organisation.
  • Ensuring we have the right competency and resources in the FM organisation and secure succession.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Facilities Management or similar role
  • Experience in Facilities Contract Management.
  • Vendor and partnership Management & Negotiation skills.
  • An overall pro-active mind-set.
  • Able to display high drive with a will to make a difference.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Always putting the customer first.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ready to challenge yourself and with a “Can Do” attitude.
  • Experience in Facility Management, Construction, Leasing, Building Services is preferable
