HKD Pty Ltd. is an authorized distributor of HIKVISION in Australia, with the rights to sell all ranges of security products under the HIKVISION/HILOOK brand. The company is located in Clayton, Melbourne, and has well-established sales and technical teams.

HKD is an Australian Security Industry Association Ltd. (ASIAL) member and is committed to providing customers with pre-programming, after-sales service, and technical training. At the same time, the company is working with a number of security system integrators on a number of construction projects in Australia.

The company will continue to improve the service and technical capabilities of this team to better serve our customers.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Security Technicians/Installers or Installation Teams to join our group in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in security systems installation and maintenance. We will provide you essential training at Hikvision headquarter before starting work or business.

Responsibilities

· Installation and maintenance of security systems including CCTV, alarm, access control and intercoms.

· Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security systems.

· Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the appropriate security installation solutions for clients.

· Providing technical support and advice to clients.

· Keeping up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends.

· Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and security regulations and standards.

· Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in security systems installation and maintenance.

· Proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercoms.

· Basic knowledge of networking and IP configuration for security systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills. Mandarin is an advantage.

· Valid driver's license and cabling license.

· Have your own engineering vehicle, such as ute or van.

· Have your own electric tools.

· Valid visa to work in Australia.
