IT Support Coordinator

We are currently seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join a well established construction company that delivers tailored construction, project management and procurement services throughout Australia.


Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the IT Support Coordinator is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective IT Support to ensure the highest level of internal and external customer service is maintained at all times. Responsibilities:

• All IT related issues, including computer software issues in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Liaising with the company's external IT Service Provider
• Maintenance, replacement or repair of computer hardware or office machinery.
• Management of relevant company-wide IT related tools and websites.
• IT training and updates to staff

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as an IT Coordinator or similar is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong passion for and understanding of IT systems and technology
• Familiarity setting up computers, mobile devices and internet/printer configuration
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Professional presentation and outlook
• Excellent organisational and people skills
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Reliable and punctual
