Established in 1993 Landscape solutions has grown to include multiple locations across both Australia and New Zealand. We provide our clients with commercial landscaping solutions. We specialise in landscape maintenance including garden care, lawn care, sports turf, golf course maintenance, irrigation, biosecurity, and revegetation.

You know that feeling you get when you stand back and look at something you just finished? Imagine feeling that every day. We are currently on the search for multiple Team Leaders to join our rapidly growing business. Our award-winning maintenance team works on some pretty iconic sites throughout the Wollongong region, and we have a need to expand and bring more good people onboard.

So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?

• Management and maintenance of award-winning high end horticulture sites and properties
• Working with some of the latest and greatest technology
• Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team.
• Training and development to assist you grow your career.
• Some client liaising and representing Landscape Solutions on sites.
• Maintenance based work across commercial clients.
• Providing guidance, training and support to Apprentices
• Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.

What are we looking for?

• Previous team leading experience
• Sound horticulture knowledge.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in Landscape Maintenance (preferred, but not essential)

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (Desirable)
• Construction Induction - White Card
• Driver's licence
• National Police Check (willing to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
