Job Description - Legal Secretary - Construction

Our client
Our client is a highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. They enjoy servicing well-known companies. They are currently looking for a switched on and enthusiastic legal secretary to join their close knit construction team.

About you
With prior experience working in a fast paced environment, you should be confident providing a high level of secretarial support on a range of front and back end construction matters.  Working on a good mix of files, your duties will be varied and may include:

  • Document preparation, word processing and drafting correspondence
  • Billing
  • File management
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients
  • General administrative tasks as required
