The Organisation Our client are a Multifaceted Company building a range of projects across multiple divisions. They have a strong presence across Townhouse developments, Projects / Apartments, Investment properties, house and land packages, Land Subdivision and Property Management. They have exciting growth plans which will naturally create development opportunities for capable individuals. They are a well established, stable company with a team of accomplished and experienced industry professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone with Marketing experience within the construction industry to take the next step and own a marketing role with an exciting growing organization. Once established you will be afforded the opportunity to build your own team. The Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve brand identity
• Implements strategies and campaigns to generate new clients
• Create / compose attractive marketing initiatives such as EDM Campaigns.
• Collaborate and maintain a two-way dialogue with the sales department
• Build marketing team including, hiring and training
• Assist with display home marketing
• Report to the General manager
  

What You Need

• Experience working in a marketing team directly for a builder
• Strong digital knowledge and skills: CRM, web, social, search.
• Customer-focused.
• Good strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to understand customer and market data and analyse campaign ROI.
• Experience developing and managing budgets.
• The ability to be self motivated
