Piling / Drilling Operator

PILING TEAM LEADER

The Pile Driving Operator Role will require the ability to operate a range of Piling Machines within our fleet. Primary responsibility will be drive Pile Sections to required specifications, while striving to achieve a production target safely every day.

You will also be required to manage an Piling ‘Off-sider’ who will be working with you as a team.

• Planning daily crew activities for individual tasks and personnel performance management
• Co-ordination within Team, to undertake work in an efficient manner to ensure that the construction program is maintained.
• Minimising QA / Rectification work required to be undertaken on completed Piles through attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Maintaining all Piling machines, and other Plant and Equipment to a high standard including daily pre-starts, checks and minor operational maintenance.
• Working both individually and with the management team to Problem solve constraints.
• Always ensure safe work practises / follow all HSE recommendations.

• Previous Experience in Pile Driving,  preferably within the Renewable Energy Industry.
• A Will Do Attitude.
• Ability to Lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals.
• Strong Work Ethic and time management skills
• Strong People and Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with clarity to the Team.
• Drivers License Required
• High Attention to Detail / Understanding of Project Requirements

• Construction Safety White Card / Correct Rights to work in Australia required.
• Requirement to be Physically fit and able to work in a field based environment
• Pay Package of $50 per Hr plus Accommodation / Transport - 60+ Hours per Week
