is partnering with a leading Central Coast builder renowned for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects across various commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, our client is dedicated to shaping the future of construction through sustainable practices and cutting-edge technology. We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a $60m class two project in Gosford . You will be pivotal in overseeing and managing construction according to the building code. You will also ensure high-quality build from Structure to finishes while being on time and within budget, maintaining strong client relationships and fostering collaboration among project teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and manage construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Work with the Site Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
