Our client is a growing civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join their growing business.


You will be managing multiple projects concurrently across the Brisbane region. Working across residential, commercial, industrial and Insurance demolition projects, from strip-out, multi-story demo, structural modifications, temporary works etc. Typical values from smaller up to $3m +.


Candidate must have previous demolition experience. Years of experience:
5 to 10 years + Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working on tenders
• Planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Management of site project teams
• Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
• Preparation of management reports
• Resolving site issues in a timely manner
• Liaising with key clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating internal and external resources
• Business development
• Recruitment and mentoring of teams

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
• 5-10+ years’ management experience on civil construction projects
• Project management qualifications will be advantageous
• Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
• Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
• Effective problem solving abilities
• Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
• High level of organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
