Client side civil project manager

Civil engineer required for Client Side Project Management firm- land development preferred Your new company


A project management, development and advisory firm with over 40 years of history. One of the most respected PM and development firms in Melbourne, due to a huge amount of demand from long term clients, they require a civil site engineer to move into a Project Management role. Boutique in size with 12 staff, they have a very experienced PM group. They offer both development and PM advisory services to a range of clients across land development and built form.
Your new role


You will work as a junior project manager learning from experienced PM's the art of being a clientside PM. You will be involved in delivering projects on behalf of clients from the initial planning stages. You will work closely with the client and make sure all stakeholders involved are delivering as expected. Your role is to make sure the client is happy and kept engaged. A large part of the role will be to manage the civil contractors, therefore understanding subdivision projects is preferred.


What you'll need to succeed


You MUST have as per clients request


A degree in civil engineering or similar construction degree
2-5 years experience- it's a junior role
Excellent communication skills, and client relationship skills
Strong drive and energy
Capability to oversee subdivision construction projects
Experience working with a private contractor on similar projects
Based in Melbourne, ready to start within 4 weeks, full permanent residence What you'll get in return


Salary- $90-$110k+super
