About our opportunity
The Service Desk Officers support end users of IT systems and services, officers are first point of contact and assist users and other support staff in resolving issues. This position will see you provide user support and troubleshoot ICT problems and issues that enables users to maximise their productivity through uninterrupted, efficient, and secure use of ICT equipment and application.

About you
We are seeking someone with considerable technical knowledge with problem solving ability, previous experience in a similar role and understating of processes and systems will be an advantage along with high level customer service skills essential.
Your positive and helpful nature will see you as a trusted team member when being first point of contact in receiving and handling requests for support. Your previous experience managing organisation service desk requests for hardware, applications, and programs will be required to ensure the needs of our organisation and end users are meet.
You will be a highly adaptable Service Desk Officer who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, organised professional that has exceptional time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities, and can quickly and efficiently investigate, diagnose, and provide resolution for our end users.
We need a team member who can quickly establish good working relationships, work within a positive team environment, and can confidently engage effectively with all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
