Senior Estimator

The Company National head contractor with repeat clients within health and education delivering projects up to $90m. A fantastic dynamic team to learn from who are looking for like-minded professionals to join their division. The Role My client is looking to bring an experienced Senior Estimator into their team who has aspirations to get into leadership, is highly motivated, has an eye for detail and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Duties Of This Role Include

• Preparation of Tenders
• Project Cost Assessments
• Grow Relationships and Negotiate with Trades and Suppliers
• Liaise with Engineers and Architects
• Value Engineering
• Mentoring Junior Estimators
  

Role Requirements:

• At Least 5 Years' Estimating experience within Australia within commercial construction
• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering or Similar
• Clear and Confident Communicator
• Strong Acumen for Numbers
• Proficiency with Cubit/Buildsoft (ideal, but not essential)
