Your new role


As the Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise and support to the company's operations. You will be responsible for managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, and overseeing commercial and corporate transactions. Your ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide strategic advice will be essential to the company's continued success.

• Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate transactions.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
  
  
• Mitigate legal risks across various aspects of the business.
  
  
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed.

What you'll need to succeed


To excel in this role, you will need a robust legal background with significant experience in commercial and corporate transactions. Your strong analytical skills and ability to manage risk effectively will be critical. Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

• Minimum of 5 years post-Admission PAE.
  
  
• Extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactions.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles.
  
  
• Proven ability in risk mitigation
  
  
• Experience in the construction sector preferred, but not essential.
  
  
• Background in a top-tier or reputable mid-tier law firm.
