Role Summary:

As the Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing ADP's market presence and project portfolio. Managing and supporting the Bids Team, you will coordinate bids, assist with marketing materials, and ensure the smooth input of data for reporting and forecasting. Your collaborative spirit will be key as you work closely with our broader bid writing team to secure new opportunities and drive ADP's growth.

Your Mission:

• The role will be to mentor BIM Team Cadets and also be the Senior BIM representative for Mechanical in Brisbane
• Audit ADPs current BIM practises and report on sensible areas of investment and training
• Work with the Management Executive and the BIM Manager to implement agreed changes
• The role will be working and taking responsibility for some large and exciting complex projects
• Train and develop ADP's Modelling staff

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering digital BIM services for a consultancy firm as outlined above
• Typically 8+ years relevant professional BIM experience across the full project lifecycle and responsibility for delivering projects
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature both verbally and in writing with all stakeholders across multiple disciplines including colleagues and clients
• Lead, manage and affect change and handle ambiguity
• Exercise problem solving skills and use substantial initiative and judgement to work independently to meet objectives
• Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback
