ABOUT THE POSITION.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career as a Delivery focused Architect in this Senior Technical Lead position, managing the compliance and delivery of landmark Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects.   DUTIES.

• Lead multi-residential projects through to successful handover, dealing with any defects.
• Manage your team and oversee construction documentation packages.
• Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture (Registration and Class 2 Design Practitioner ideal). 
• Strong competency in Revit documentation and construction detail.
• Proven experience in Class 2 multi-residential projects.
