Our client is seeking a Estimator/ Site Supervisor that genuinely wants to help people and is empathic to their situation. Role

• Confirm scope of works and budget accuracy
• Estimate and Schedule repairs
• Monitor and implement safety standards
• Project planning and scheduling
• Oversee all aspects of construction, repair and restoration
• Monitor budget and legislative compliance
• Training provided in company software
• Servicing Brisbane and surrounding areas

Person

• Building related trade background or relevant qualifications
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, WHS, SWMS, PPE requirements
• Experienced at managing trades, sites
• Genuine motivation to help others in need
• Customer Service orientated with empathetic attitude
