Job Description - Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


SunTrust Banks is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team on a full-time, remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, adaptable, and possess strong analytical and innovative skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to problems - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient account management processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Handle customer escalations professionally and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients of diverse backgrounds - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals - Ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms - Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
