Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Wyndham Worldwide is seeking a driven and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote-based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, and we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to our key accounts, including managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth. - Conduct regular research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors. - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring communication is clear and effective. - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all client interactions and deliverables.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in account management or sales. - Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data effectively. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Experience working remotely and independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
