We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team at Capital One Financial. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding accounts and transactions. 2. Assist customers with account maintenance, transfers, and other related financial transactions. 3. Resolve customer issues and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Resilient and passionate attitude towards providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong people management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
