Barista, All Rounder, Harley & Hem Coffee Brewers. Orange, Blue Mountains & Central West NSW. Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism). Casual/Vacation. $25 – $33 per hour. We are a very busy espresso bar in the CBD, looking to hire a RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED Hospo SUPERSTAR with a sense of humour. You will need to think on your feet and use initiative, work well under pressure, be a team player and provide top notch customer service. We have a tight knit team that are looking for more work mates to spread the love. Our Coffee shop has a strong regular clientele base that we truly care about. We only serve quality products and are only interested in hiring genuinely good people that care about quality food and customer service. Pay is above award! We are firm believers in a healthy work life balance, we will pay for additional training if/when you ask for it(We are willing to discuss a traineeship if thats what you want)Christmas cash bonuses, free coffee and if you’re with us long enough we will put your face on a t-shirt…you’ll be famous! Our working relationships are based on respect and honesty, we want our staff to enjoy themselves every day and make mates along the way. Your jobs include but is not limited to: taking orders - in person & on the phone, cash handling, food preparation, making coffee, general cleaning, 30 + hours on offer for a Barista, 20 + hours on offer for an assistant, 15 hours for weekend staff. Work availability is Monday to Sunday - if you’re not ok with early starts (5am) this isn’t the job for you!
