We are specialist booksellers of vocational training and language learning resources, and are looking to add someone to our team in a multi-faceted role covering customer service, general administration and operations.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
has an understanding of, interest in, or is familiar with, vocational education and training and/or language learning;
is, or has the potential to become, highly competent at all aspects of inventory management and order fulfillment, including use of associated software (full training provided), and who has a very high level of attention to detail;
has excellent customer service skills, whether it be dealing with walk-in customers, online orders, answering emails, students, teachers, corporate customers, and is able to confidently communicate in a relevant and professional manner with a range of customer types, in all modes, ie. face-to-face, written, over the phone;
is reliable, organised, and has the ability to work autonomously.
