Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Star Entertainment Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management and presentation skills, as well as a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback regarding our products and services - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
