Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team in a remote work setting in Perth, Western Australia. As a full-time position at the Associate Level, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our call center operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and productivity - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Reliable and independent work ethic - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Persuasion and project management skills - Experience with remote work environments is a plus
