Job Description:
We are looking for a remote Call Center Manager to join our team at PPL in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the call center.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to meet performance goals and targets - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations - Monitor call center performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve overall efficiency - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional development and success - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively lead and motivate team members - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Teamwork and problem-solving soft skills - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
