Job Description:
News Corp. is seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment, with proven skills in managing a team and driving performance.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center representatives, providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure team success - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery - Analyze call center data and trends to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement - Maintain a positive and inclusive working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy - Proven track record of driving performance and achieving business goals - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
