Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. This is a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide information about insurance policies, services, and claims - Process policy changes, payments, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Update customer information in the database - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to adapt to changes quickly and effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently in a remote environment
