Job Description - Call Center Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


HCA Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, detail-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues - Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in the call center system - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals and targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Continuously improving knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Availability to work full-time hours and occasional weekends or evenings as needed
