Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team at Capital One Financial. This position is a full-time, entry-level remote work opportunity based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Use negotiation and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed performance metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a remote environment preferred
