Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at Nine Entertainment Co. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to schedule appointments - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Using project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Meeting or exceeding call center metrics such as call volume, call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements: - Must be confident and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers - No prior experience required, entry-level position - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - High school diploma or equivalent - Must possess project management skills and attention to detail
