Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Graphite is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in service - Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Collaborate with team members to problem solve and improve processes

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to think critically and strategically - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
