Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize negotiation skills to manage customer expectations and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet or exceed performance metrics - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and strive for first-contact resolution
Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills and a strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and within a team in a virtual environment - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and regulations is a plus
